We need to re-definiton the scope for the MDL.
WITH is not in the MDL scope, so getColumnType will be failed in the ExpressionTypeAnalyzer.

Like this case

  • TestAllRulesRewrite.testAccioNoRewrite("with normalCte as (select id, name from normalTable) select id, name from normalCte")
