Decode dnp3 packets from pcap/pcapng file

Hi,
I would like to decode the DNP3 packets contained in the pcapng file and display their contents (without creating a dnp3 communication stack), but I can't find any function allowing for similar operation.

Adam Crain is the person who developed the dnp3 source code in C++, he will be able to answer your question. My knowledge for the library is very limited, I can only answer some question related to python binding.
