Cannot start clamonacc service

Describe the bug

Hi team,
When I try to start the clamonacc service with the command clamonacc, it return the error message, saying the version of curl is too low, but the version of curl has been upgraded to the lastest version 8.5.0. The ClamAV version is 0.103.11 and it is installed via dnf on the Centos 7.9.
I don't know what is problem of it and can you help me to find out the solution of this problem?
