Hi, ClearVolume is obviously a fast, and powerful tool to visualize multi-color volume. ClearVolume is the best option for me. There is just a little problem: How can I define the specific direction to visulize the volume, so that I can compare two volumes in the same region.

Hi @WeisongZhao , can you further explain what do you mean with specific direction?

I would recommend you to check /src/java/clearvolume/demo/ClearVolumeBasicDemos.java first. Maybe you just need to construct your VolumeDataArray in a specific way you want.

Thank you for your reply. The direction i.e. (0 degree, 45 degree, 0 degree) in x, y, z axises for the volume.
