Hi I am trying to do only the decoding operation. Please let me know what is a PDR map.txt file and if possible can you send me few samples of the PDR map.txt?

The map file shows the layout of the ordered properties in the binary version of the dictionary files. You can find the map files corresponding to the published binary files on https://redfish.dmtf.org/schemas/swordfish/v1/ for all of the storage schema files - the corresponding XML and JSON schema files are in the same location for reference.
