[BUG] HowLongToBeatSteam is gone

Describe the bug
Cannot update HLTB times. https://www.howlongtobeatsteam.com/api/games/library/cached/all is unavailable and howlongtobeatsteam.com is a parking page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open Depressurizer to update HLTB times, get error message. Or open "Database Editor" and click "Update from HLTB"
Open howlongtobeatsteam.com, website is gone.

Expected behavior
HLTB data

Would resolve #253 and #251 also.
