Add documentation for contributing to the project.

It would be handy for this to include info on setting up a Twitch account and configuring it with the app.
i.e getting from git clone to the app loading in debug.

It may be worthwhile looking to see how hard it would be to emulate twitch using a separate console app and WebSockets or similar, maybe this could be a contribution to TwitchLib?
