status of inst/ content?

There are a number of examples in the inst/ directory. I've made some minor, sporadic updates to them in the past, but haven't looked at them recently.

@smjenness Is the intention to keep all of these examples up to date with the current version of EpiModel? I can work on testing and updating them if need be.

We probably need to clean out and remove any unnecessary files here.

@mbojan : just a heads up that this folder in the EpiModel package does also contain some extra content materials that could be consolidated.
