Alert sound feature for automated recording

In auto-record mode, add an alert sound right before the start of a talk's recording to remind the speaker to get ready.

Originally in pull request #478 (#440: automated recording), the auto recording feature included the alert sound. However, there was a problem with passing the Travis Build (see issue #549). Therefore the alert sound was removed from that PR.
