I would not move anything from options to costumizer.
Basic things I'd left in Options.
If the relevant sections are activated in options loaded in costumizer.
Otherwise it is to overload and confusing.
An example for Remedy # 61
Do the same for example with footer and copyright.
User sees opportunities to adapt, for things that are only activated.
