World-Exiting crash when placing LV tank with oil in it on LV distillery

Your Actions

Placed and LV tank with oil in it on a LV distillery. This was not the first time I'd done that, but it was the first crash.
When I reloaded the world the tank was in place, and it had oil in it.
When I pressed ok on the crash screen it placed me in the MP menu instead of the SP world chooser.
