There is a bunch of things planned which will break compatibility of pyabc's API. Let's collect these here:

  • Rename distances (to "comparator"?) to account for the extension to likelihood kernels (if done properly, will lead to major changes and also affect db)
  • Remove multiple samples per parameter (Remove PopulationStrategy.nr_samples_per_parameter #54) (will lead to db changes) (because that just messes things up and no-one uses it)
  • Allow multiple epsilon thresholds (Multiple epsilons #170) (maybe)
  • Save acceptor etc. config info to db
  • Allow to save more summary statistics to db
  • Rename highlevel + _ kde plots to lowlevel + _.
