[BUG] - Container image for 8.7.3 not in registry

Summary
Hello team, could you take a look at the two minor issues:

• missing docker image for 8.7.3 in the container registry (link below)
• incorrect link to container registry in Readme document

I'm a bit confused about where I can find the stable container builds, the registry link from README seems to be not up to date, there are no new images there and the registry from the Release notes doesn't contain all the builds.
