But when I ran the program using other models, I changed the axis of the target to make it look complete. However, in the hands and legs and other places, there will be violations of normal people's activities. So, which direction can I change?

By the way, can I communicate in Chinese?

thank you very much !

And, after I used my model, I found that my arms were flashing. What's the reason for that?

I would highly recommend you guys try out Final IK for Unity, it does an amazing job for solving full body human IK, and has bend goals for elbows and knees that would solve your rapid twisting problems.

While you can't share a paid resource like this in your github files, the plugin is provided with all the code exposed in scripts, so you can easily look through all their source code to see how they approached the problem, it's really quite perfect.
