Versions: 99.0.4844.82 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: 99_Win_82)

Steps to reproduce: Update the chrome, then the config of KC3 will reset. This will turn off Taiha Alert and potentially cause disastrous effect. I suggest to enable Taiha Alert and Advance Blocker by default to prevent such risk.
