Describe the bug
Every time I get my custom theme working correctly, Obsidian Sync appears to continually delete files from the plugins\obsidian-advanced-slides folder including the custom theme in the css folder and I keep having to copy it back and/or reinstall the plugin. I have posted in the Obsidian forums as well, and was asked to post here and see if anyone else was having the same issue:
https://forum.obsidian.md/t/is-obsidian-sync-deleting-files-related-to-advanced-slides-community-plugin/70581/1

I do not have the files on OneDrive or any cloud other than Obsidian Sync on my Windows desktop and my Android device.

I have now paused Obsidian Sync on my desktop, and reinstalled the plugin and the plugin and my custom theme are restored again and presentation is working. I will see if the pause prevents the files from being deleted and I will report back.

Samples to Reproduce
Use Obsidian Sync.
Copy one of the themes under obsidian\plugins\obsidian-advanced-slides\css to a new theme with customizations
The custom theme will disappear and often other plugin files disappear as well, and the Preview window is blank. Otherwise it previews with the default theme.

Wait (happens within a day)

Expected behavior
For the plugin files and the custom theme not to get deleted
