I imagine this question is directed towards the other repo that actually runs the kinects: https://github.com/MarekKowalski/LiveScan3D

In which case yes, it can support more than 1, though the maximum I ever tried was 2. The way you would do it is you would start multiple LiveScanClient applications, each of which would server a different device.
