ConEmu 2013.05.30 starting time unusually long in Win7 domain join machine

OS version: Win7 Enterprise SP1 x86 with all MS latest patch, domain joined
ConEmu version: 130530 x86
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): no use

*Bug description*
Starting the conemu console takes extra time (4~5 seconds) instead of real time.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. always appears after click any startup tasks, the status bar say "Console server
started" (it takes 4~5 second to complete)

*Known no such bug version*
last version 2013.05.26 has no such problem, the problem appears at version 2013.05.30
