With Frame Width of 0, Aero Snap (Win + Left / Win + Right) Doesn't Work

Required information!
OS version: Win8 x64
ConEmu version: 130427
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): None

*Bug description*
Aero Snap no longer works when ConEmu is borderless.



*Steps to reproduction*
1. Set Main -> Appearance -> Frame Width to 0 (from default of -1)
2. Try to move the Windows with Win+Left or Win+Right -- the window doesn't move
3.  Win+Up will still maximize, Win+Down will still restore / minimize... just Win+Left
/ Win+Right are broken
