Required information!
OS version: Win7 x64 (seems to also exist in x86)
ConEmu version: 130708 (seems to also exist in 120727)
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): None

*Bug description*
If the mouse wheel is set to scroll one screen at a time (on my computer, this is under
the Mouse control panel, under the Wheel tab, under the Vertical Scrolling section),
then trying to scroll using the mouse wheel causes ConEmu to lock up.

The setting to scroll one screen at a time is reported to applications as a negative
number of lines to scroll (by SystemParametersInfo(SPI_GETWHEELSCROLLLINES); I suspect
that ConEmu is failing to handle this case.
