ConEmu version: 130726(x64)
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): n/a

*Bug description*
Can't disable text cursor blinking for when conemu window is inactive.

*Steps to reproduction*
1.Open settings->features->Text cursor
2.set check at Blinking in "Active console text cursor" groupbox
3.set check at "Inactive console text cursor" title
4. unset check at Blinking in "Inactive console text cursor" groupbox
5. Notice that when the conemu window is not in focus the cursor is still blinking.
Going to the settings again show that relevant settings are not saved.
