DBCS characters caused wrong coloring under 936/932 codepages

Required information!
OS version:Win7 SP1 x64
ConEmu version: 131125

*Bug description*
Under codepage 936/932/950, DBCS characters (including Japanese Kana and Chinese characters)
causes coloring incorrect. To switch into these codepages you need to turn your OS
into Simplified Chinese (for cp936) or Japanese (for cp932).

Under cp65001, the colorization is correct.

In the "real" console window and in ConsoleZ, the colorization are correct too.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Run the test.ps1 script in powershell.
2. You can see that in thescript I write 3 Japanese Kana in yellow. However there are
6 characters are colored yellow. See the snapshot.
