Running PowerShell in ConEmu sometimes causes crashes

*Bug description*

I haven't managed to consistently reproduce this error.  Basically, sometimes a ConEmu
tab crashes with this message:

  Exception 0xC0000005 (Read  xFFFFFFFFFFFCB820) was occurred
  (ConEmuC64.exe, PID=3412) ConEmu build 140114a 64

I have included a link to the dump file that was created, hopefully that'll shed some
light on this.  All I do know is that the last time this happened I was running a PowerShell
session and writing a Git commit message (using vim).  As I was saving and closing
vim the crash occurred.  The commit was still created so the crash must have occurred
after I closed vim.  I have successfully written and saved Git commits using vim without
any crashes though.
