ConEmu crashes when editing a file with vi through multiple ssh hops.

ConEmu version: 140505x64

*Bug description*

Using bash
SSH into linux box, then ssh into another linux box. Use vi to edit a file.

I know it's not much but several times using vi and less ConEmu crashes on me, it's
not every time though.

The dropbox link below contains the crash I had today.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. SSH system 1
2. SSH system 2
3. vi a file
