Console cannot be redisplayed when minimized in multiple monitor setup

Far version (if you are using Far Manager): ?

*Bug description*
The console (window) is hidden from the display and even from the task bar when minimized.

After the app is minimized there is no way to get it back to the screen, either using
the Alt+tab command or Win + tab command. Trying to get it to the front from the Windows
Task manager won't wort either.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Start the console.
2. Minimize the app to the task bar
3. The Application icon is not preset in the task bar
4. There is no way to make the application to be shown again

Wondering again and again...

Why do you think that if you configure something in your system or ConEmu settings
- this setting must not have the effect?

Even if the application is not displayed on taskbar, there is task bar status area
(TSA). Why users do not try to look there?

Why users do not show used program version or do not even say what bundle they are
using?
