Alt-Enter regression (ConEmu 110903)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start FAR under ConEmu (windowed, for example, 100x40)
2. Press Alt-Enter (i.e. enter full screen mode)
3. Press Alt-Enter (i.e. exit full screen mode)
4. Exit FAR
Now restart FAR.
Expected result: windowed, 100x40.
Actual result: windowed, but covers the whole desktop (like maximized)

Indeed, ConEmu is closed with FAR (by pressing F10 inside FAR). And while it is being
closed, its console window size is 100x40 (right after the step 3 above).
But when you restart ConEmu (together with FAR) - its console windows covers the whole
desktop which is much more than 100x40.

So, actually, when I wrote "Start FAR under ConEmu", I meant "start ConEmu which automatically
starts FAR under it". And when I wrote "exit FAR", it meant ConEmu exits also :)

Turned on, of course. I use "portable settings" (ConEmu.xml), by the way.
As I may assume from your questions, you can not reproduce this issue, right?
It's strange because I constantly has this issue under both Windows XP SP3 x86 under
two different PCs and under Windows 7 x64 under third PC.

Just renamed "ConEmu.xml", started ConEmu with "clear" settings - checked "Save window
size and position on exit", pressed Alt-Enter (full screen mode), Alt-Enter again (back
to window mode), exited Conemu, restarted it - and the issue is still here (window
covers the whole desktop).
