ConEmu version: 120215d
Far version: 2.1 build 1807 bis23 x86

*Bug description*
When "Enable Tabs" is in 3rd state and "Far windows" is unchecked, ConEmu changes its
window height either when opening a new console or when restarting ConEmu after that.

Seems to be related to the issue 491...

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Start ConEmu (it starts FAR Manager automatically) - you see no tabs since "Enable
Tabs" is in 3rd state.
2. View or Edit any file - you see no tabs since "Far windows" is unchecked.
3. Right-click ConEmu window's title, select "New console..." and press Start - now
you'll see two tabs (one tab per one FAR Manager)
Sometimes the window height reduces right after the tabs appeared. Sometimes - not.
4. Switch between tabs by clicking them.
5. Press F10 in the second tab (the second FAR Manager exits), then press F10 again
(the first FAR Manager exits together with ConEmu).
If you (re)start ConEmu now, you will see its window height is reduced.
