OS version: Win7/Win8   SP1   x64
ConEmu version: 120609

The "Create new console" dialog has a "Startup directory" field. Unfortunately, you
cannot use %VAR% style variables there.
...

*Steps to reproduction*
1. CTRL + W
2. Type "powershell.exe" (no quotes) in the first field.
3. Type "%USERPROFILE%" (no quotes) in the second field.

An error occurs.

The platform is Win7 only (that I know), btw.
