"Harmonize" all software versions with PalAss (permanent host)

Any migration of the site to its proper home (palass.org?) will need to start here. We've tried to keep close to their current versions of PHP, MySQL, etc. but it's possible that recent security fixes have put some distance between us.

If other websites are "stuck" with old versions for any reason, we might try isolating incompatible websites either physically (on a separate server) or using virtualization tools.

The API application should be considered as well, but that is an excellent candidate to containerize (e.g. docker)

Regarding PHP and MySQL on PalAss hosting:

We are now on PHP 5.4.35-41 , and mysql 5.5.40-26

php-mysqlnd is disabled and #74 has been addressed. Pending a review of the PalAss-hosted site, this should be complete.

The only other software to harmonize would be Node.js and related npm packages for the fcdb-api.
