이미지 컴포넌트를 고도화한다.

이미지 로드 전에 스켈레톤 표시하기
이미지 로드시 은은하게 나타나기
이미지 로드 실패 시 처리하기
이미지 크기가 일관되지 않다면 layout shift가 발생되지 않기에 관련해서 팀원들과 상의하기
