RobotArmGUI RTCが起動しない #1

現在、Windows7(64bit)環境上に RobotArmSimulatorRTCRobotArmGUI 環境をセットアップしています。前者は正常に起動し、Eclipse上にもRTCが表示されるのですが、後者の起動がうまくいきません。

具体的には、 run_python27.bat を起動するとOgreRTTTool_Python27.exeの起動直後に添付のスナップショットのように落ちてしまいます。

python系の環境が怪しいと思い、付属の python27.dll を他のパッケージで動いているものからコピーして置き換えたところ、処理が少し進みましたがOgre RT Toolのスプラッシュ画面表示で固まって処理が前に進みません。

この状態で、各RTCをすべてアクティベートにすると、シミュレータ空間は表示されますが、RobotArmGUIが起動していないため操作用のGUIが表示されてない状況です。

RobotArmGUIを起動させてシミュレータ上で開発を進めたいのですが、どうすればよろしいでしょうか?お忙しいところ恐縮ですが、ご教授頂けますと幸いです。

Ogreの設定画面は表示されていますでしょうか?

ogre

この画面は一度設定するとogre.cfgというファイルに保存されて次からは起動しなくなります。
ogre.cfgを削除すると再度表示されるようになります。

この画面で描画をDirectXからOpenGLに変更するなどすれば動くようになることはあります。

python27.dllを変更して起動させた場合は、上記Ogreの設定画面が出て来ます。DirectXに設定していましたので、OpenGLの方で試してみます。

ogre.cfgの削除&再起動の件もありがとうございます。試して見ます。

python27.dllについてですが、間違って64bitのDLLを入れていたようなので修正しました。
ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。

この画面で描画をDirectXからOpenGLに変更するなどすれば動くようになることはあります。

こちら、試してみましたがやはりスプラッシュ画面から前に進まない状況です。
python27.dllについては、最新のパッケージにて試しております。

Ogre.logをみていると、OpenGLを選択してもDirectX11系が起動しているように見えたので、
plugins.cfgにて、OpenGLのみに限定起動して確認しましたがこれも同じところで止まります。

以下、OpenGL実行時とDirectX11実行時のOgre.logを記載致します。
当方、Win7(64bit)をVM実行しているのですが、実行環境を変えた方がいいなどアドバイス頂けますと幸いです。

plugins.cfgをOpenGL(Plugin=RenderSystem_GL)のみに限定して起動した場合のOgre.log

追加情報です。
run_python27.bat内で、 OgreRTTool_Python27 ../RobotArmCrawlerGUI.py を実行しているので RobotArmCrawlerGUI.py の先頭にprintを埋め込んでみましたが表示されませんでした。

現象としては、DirectX11実行時は以下ログ出力後処理が固まったような状況になるのですが、

VM環境では試したことがないのですが、Ogre3D自体はVM環境でも動作できるようなので大丈夫なはずです。
ただこのままでは問題が解決しそうにないので、別環境でビルドしたものを作成しています。
少しお時間を下さい。

修正しました。
一応以下の環境で動作確認は行いましたが、DIrectXでの描画については開発環境以外では動作できていないのでOpenGLを選択するようにしてください。

  • WIndows 8.1
  • Windows 8.1(VM)
  • Windows 10(VM)

VM上で実行する場合はVMware ToolsやParallels ToolsがインストールされていないとQtが動作できないようです。

OpenRTM-aist-Python、Pythonは32bit版をインストールしないと動作できません。

またnumpyをインストールする必要があります。
インストールしていない場合は以下のコマンドでインストールしてください。

pip install numpy

ご対応いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。

最新版のパッケージにて検証いたしました。
手元のWin7 VMだと症状改善しなかったため、ネイティブマシン(Win10 64bit)に再インストールしrun_python27.batを起動したところ、以下のようなエラーまで進みました。

この後クラッシュアプリをデバッグすると以下エラーが表示されます。

Unhandled exception at 0x696C7666 (msvcr120.dll) in OgreRTTool_Python27.exe+ Fatal program exit requested.

所望のC++ Runtimeとは別のものとリンクしエラーにつながっているようですが、いかがでしょうか?

念のためOgre.logを以下に添付させて頂きます。
なお、DirectX11, OpenGLいずれも同じ症状となります。

Windows 8.1で動作確認した際にこのエラーメッセージが表示される場合がありました。
ただOKを押すとそのまま処理が進んでGUIが起動していたので、今のところ動作への影響は確認できていません。

おそらくですが、エラーメッセージの後に別の要因でプロセスが落ちているのではないかと思います。

Python実行時にエラーが出ている可能性があります。

一応、その場合はエラー内容を表示するように修正したのでもう一回ダウンロードしてエラー内容を確認してみてください。

このGUIを動作させるためには、以下のPythonライブラリをインストールする必要があります。

  • OpenRTM-aist
  • omniORB(OpenRTM-aistと一緒にインストールされる)
  • numpy

omniORBのバージョン次第ではエラーが出る場合があります。
その場合はidlcompile.batを実行すると改善します。

そこで、
RobotArmCrawlerGUI.pyを直接実行すると以下のようになります:

omniORBのバージョンチェックでエラーとなっていたようですので、バージョンチェックしてみると3.7でした。バージョンは以下で確認しております。

>>> import omniORB, _omnipy
>>> _omnipy.__version__
3.7

また、idlecompile.bat を実行してみたのですが、

>.\idlcompile.bat

'do' は、内部コマンドまたは外部コマンド、
操作可能なプログラムまたはバッチ ファイルとして認識されていません。
"python.exe" can not be found.
Please modify PATH environmental variable for python command.

とエラーが出てしまします。
環境変数PATHには、C:\Python27 , C:\Python27\Scripts を通しております。

idlcompile.batで'do'は内部コマンド~の部分は表示されてもIDLのコンパイルは実行されているので問題は無いはずです。
'do'は内部コマンド~が表示される問題はOpenRTM-aist 1.1.2以前のRTC Builderで生成したバッチファイルで発生します。OpenRTM-aist 1.2.0では修正されるらしいです。

ご指摘ありがとうございます。
idlcompile.bat 実行後、再度 run_python27.bay を実行すると、GUI画面が表示されました!

IDL関連のpythonファイルのチェックバージョンが4.2から3.x系に書き換わったことも確認いたしました。
お忙しい中、いろいろとご対応いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
早々、シミュレータ環境を使わせて戴きます。
