results in a TimeEntry being created with a time of 0:00. I find it hard to see a reason for that to be a reasonable use case.
I more apt use case (at least for me ;) would be for that command line to start a timer for "project/service/note" - ie for mite project service note to be equivalent to mite project service + note rather than mite project service 0 note.
