The specification states that the WKT VLR (2112) must contain a NULL-terminated string. The code doesn't appear to do this. Can you have a 2112 with a VLR size of 0?

Sure, but does that represent an EMPTY or INVALID CRS?

I spoke with Even and he didn't see anything in the spec that defines a null string as an empty CRS.
