FreePBX throws "bad destination" errors on status screen

Confirmed in FreePBX 2.10 and 2.11 dialplan injections can be created and they work, but as soon as you create something in FreePBX that uses an injection destination, the FreePBX status screen will show a bad destination error. FreePBX 2.10 will abort the reload, but 2.11 seems to work fine with just the error displayed.

Has this been fixed? (10 months later) I still see same symptom in FPBX 2.11. My inbound route connects to a dialplan injection which works fine, but FPBX status screen still complains
