Specfically this line
user_pref("services.sync.forms.syncID", "qWzxcB8e0QIp");

This line comes after
user_pref("services.sync.forms.lastSync", "xxxxx");
user_pref("services.sync.forms.lastSyncLocal", "xxxxx");

Seems a bit strange to me but just putting it out there.
