Jeroen (me, actually) will appear in Felixium during the New Game+ after you defeated Frundarmon. However I have not scripted him yet, and as a result the game will crash if you try to speak to him. In a later stage of development I will make him unlock the last New Game+ only sidequest Digitopia.
