This plugin switches the current theme to the mobile one when it detects a mobile device. This plugin works only on Presslabs servers!
To install from github, you only need the src directory.
git clone git@github.com:Presslabs/mobile-theme
cd mobile-theme
cp -r src /path/to/site/wp-content/plugins/mobile-theme
