The average user will be mostly interested in a high-level overview, while experts and site operators may want to dig in. Instead of trying to please both with the same interface, why not create two separate interfaces, a regular and a "professional" mode with more information?

in what way does the UI not provide this? There's a summary on the top which can be used for quick decisions / beginner view.

Also, by not hiding details, the page invites the user to learn why and how a specific page failed to meet privacy standards. It's an invitation to learn.
