We should check if the scanned website allows visitors to use Tor. OpenWPM already has support for Tor, I think.

There are a lot of subtle failure conditions here (CAPTCHA, edit locks, ...), and not all of them can be detected automatically. We should at least check:

  • Does the site load at all?
  • Is the content the same / similar (same as with the check that tests if http and https are identical)?
