As a user I want to notify the site operators of their wrongdoing #61

With PrivacyScore I can get a glimpse on how well a page performs privacy-wise. This is especially useful if one does not want to visit a side or is behind a proxy or addon that blocks trackers.

I'd like to friendly remind wesite-providers (e. g. via abuse@domain in case the mail is available) of their wrongdoings. Writing and copy-pasting e-mails like "hey webmaster please fix A, B because X, Y" is tedious.

It would be cool if there's a big Contact Webmaster-Button for every page scanned which I can click on which will send a) a custom messabe by me b) a list of their privacy failures and c) explaination why/how they could do better.
By providing this button we remove friction from the process and website providers can see (in case multiple mails are received) how important it is to users.
