From time to time ethercis servers are unavailable and we noticed that, when it happens, creation or/and editing functionality stops working properly. Here are some examples of this
malfunction:

Note: When test running started ethercis servers were available: http://prntscr.com/hy2q90, but during the tests they became unavailable again: https://prnt.sc/iiq9l6 , https://prnt.sc/iiq9tn and so on.

3.2) Though when we run tests one by one sometimes it could work as it should (to record this video with a positive scenario I had to run tests multiple times to catch the ethercis servers) :

We assume that there is some issue with performance of the DB (or ethercis server) or restriction of incoming traffic. This is a frequent situation that during the tests backend stops working
properly.
Could we ask Rob to look at this issue?
