tests: switch from smtpd to aiosmtpd #99

The smtpd python module is gone in Python 3.12: https://docs.python.org/3.11/library/smtpd.html As recommended, replace with aiosmtpd. While at it, change mail format from mailbox to maildir and adjust tests. Fixes QubesOS/qubes-issues#9153
