Delete REST Service does not delete REST service

I added a REST service on https://example.com/submit which didn't work. I wanted to delete the REST service, so I clicked the DELETE button beside the service.

The button did nothing. The REST service entry has four entries now. Only one of which actually works. Ooops.

I do have a REST service that works, at http://example.com/submit , so this is a low priority, but still present.
