Sort of the data during extraction

I'm interested in functionality that solves a current problem or limitation in how CumulusCI works.

Does your feature request solve a current problem?

Currently I am not able to review the difference between 2 different extract through a git diff. Currently there is no sorting capability with the extract. This will help to do a proper git diff.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add another parameter in the data set similar to filter that allows to sort in a particular order

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternative are :

1. to have a script that does the sorting after the soql is generated not ideal when it is basically just a refinement of the soql used
2. Patch CumulusCI to include the sort in our own version of the source code
