Hi,
What is the difference between Thirdparty/Eigen and Eigen installed in /usr/include/eigen3?
Can I use /usr/include/eigen3 instead of Thirdparty/Eigen?

Thank you!

Basically, /usr/include/eigen3 is highly coupled with your OS distribution, while Thirdparty/eigen3 is guaranteed to work with the entire fast gicp code. Highly recommend you not change that.
