When adding the command line parameter --hpx:print-bind, the application currently exits with an error similar to this:
runtime_support::load_components: command line processing: unexpected mismatch between binding reported from HWLOC(3) and HPX(1): HPX(invalid_status)

Works for me - this seems to be a machine dependent issue. What machine did that happen on? What is the output of hwloc-ls? What does HPX print if you disable the test causing the error to be raised?
