[reported by hkaiser] [Trac time Sat Sep 17 21:46:29 2011] Add a new type of performance counter (in addition to the existing performance_counters::counter_raw) allowing to calculate the average value based on a overall value and the number of values (exposed by two other performance counters).

This counter can replace all existing averaging performance counters but might require to add counters exposing the number of samplepoints taken.
