--list-* and --print-counter-* options do not work together and produce no warning

[reported by blelbach] [Trac time Thu Oct 13 04:44:51 2011] All the command line options that require a special hpx_main cannot be mixed together, and they produce no errors. Maybe we should do as much of the command line processing as possible in hpx_main, instead of in the boot OS-thread. Either way, this needs to either be fixed, or explicit error checking needs to be added.
