[reported by maciek] [Trac time Tue Mar 6 18:06:10 2012] The "fixes" to src/CMakeLists.txt that add EXCLUDE_FROM_ALL flags to several add_library statements break the default behavior of "make" (w/o any options) building the hpx library. Note that the mentioned file already went through few cycles of adding and removal of these flags, which indicates a deeper problem.
