Revert commit [8018]: adapting action limits such that dataflow applications work without additional defines

I'd suggest to rather add proper buildsystem support allowing to do the required adjustments with one cmake macro invocation.

[comment by hkaiser] [Trac time Fri May 11 11:33:10 2012] That change was reverted in rev c3770f2. However we need to resolve the issue of dataflow having to work out of the box. The proposed solution is to partially preprocess the relevant header files using the proven technique based on Wave.
