[reported by hkaiser] [Trac time Fri May 11 01:45:48 2012] Please revert this commit as it unnecessarily increases the compile time of all files, not just those related to dataflow. I'd suggest to rather add proper buildsystem support allowing to do the required adjustments with one cmake macro invocation.

[comment by hkaiser] [Trac time Fri May 11 11:33:10 2012] That change was reverted in rev c3770f2. However we need to resolve the issue of dataflow having to work out of the box. The proposed solution is to partially preprocess the relevant header files using the proven technique based on Wave.
